NMR (National Microchip Registry) is not responsible for errors made when the customer is entering their dog’s data as well as their personal contact information. We provide the tools to properly enroll your puppy’s microchip information in our registry. NMR maintains the data you have entered in our system. We also provide information to AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) so that your pet’s microchip can be looked up and displayed as being registered with us at NMR.
We are not liable for any incorrect or incomplete information you have entered to our system. Please take care to double check and verify the information you have entered. You can also use the microchip lookup tool on AAHA.ORG to see that it is registered properly as belonging to us at NMR.
